What Is Covered: Installation of New Garage Door Openers
- Limited Warranty applies to a new Liftmaster garage door opener purchased through Dupree Garage Doors. Warranty covers all parts for a 2 year period
- Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship specific to the garage door opener for 6 monrhs.
Warranty Service Available During Normal Business Hours.
Limited Six Month Labor Garage Door Opener Warranty
Customer Must Retain Invoice For Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not cover Lightning Strikes or Power Surges

This Limited Warranty does not cover malfunction of any garage door parts especially logic boards, sensors, remotes, belts, chains. Please reach out to manufacturer
This Limited Warranty does not cover Wifi or connections to the vehicle console
What Is Covered: Installation of New Garage Door Openers
- Limited Warranty applies to labor on a new garage door opener supplied by Dupree Garage Doors
- Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship specific to the garage door opener for 6 monrhs.

This Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Re-positioning, or Doors Off Track
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by existing Garage Door Openers that may have malfunctioned and caused damange to the garage door.
What Is Covered: Installation of New Garage Doors
- Dupree Garage Doors will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts through the first 6 months.
- After 6 months, Dupree Garage Doors will replace a defective part. The part will be at no cost, but will entail a service / trip charge.
- Limited Warranty applies to a new garage door purchased through Dupree Garage Doors

Limited Five Year Parts and 6 Month Spring Warranty
Customer Must Retain Invoice For Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Re-positioning, or Doors Off Track
What is Covered: Residential Torsion or Extension Springs
- Dupree Garage Doors will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts through the first six months
- Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship.
- Limited Warranty covers defective spring.
- Limited Warranty covers labor furnished by Dupree Garage Doors as part of the installation of new spring/springs.
Warranty Service Available During Normal Business Hours.
Warranty Restrictions
This Limited Warranty is VOID if any repairs/replacement are completed by unauthorized parties.
The warranty does not cover:
- Rust caused by damages or scratching
- Damage from corrosive chemicals, fumes, or salt environments
- Damage from negligence or improper use
- Normal wear or defects in paint/coating
- Minor expansion and contraction gaps in overlay materials
- Damage caused by Acts of God
